Vipassana is an especially useful tool to clear your mind when you need to calm down, focus, or just find a fresh perspective. 

There are moments where too many emotions become overwhelming to feel, and these moments are when its most important to take a few seconds to observe what you're feeling and accept it as reality, just by applying the techniques of Vipassana meditation.

Just practicing this reduces the emotional burden by allowing you to think more clearly.
