vipassana in the workspace

Vipassana meditation, being a universally applicable technique to calming the mind and finding peace, is also a useful tool in social interaction in daily life — in workspaces, at home etc., especially as the stress to a few people creates an overall stressful environment causing demotivation and dissatisfaction. In clearing the mind, practicing vipassana calms a person, lowering stress in work environments. 

Using a PWB (Psychological Well-Being) scale and 15 parameters of employee behavior, it was found that employees who practiced vipassana had better work ethic and a better work environment, suggesting that regularly practicing vipassana is a vital factor in mental health  in the workspace.
